Lost something?

If you have lost something within the last four weeks you can add your details to our Lost Property Register here. We’ll need your full name as stated on your ID, a detailed description of your lost item and your best phone contact number. We will then check your item against our found items and contact you if your item is found to arrange collection. We also recommend you check with any other stores you visited. We keep items for four weeks.


Have you found someone’s lost property in centre?

You can drop found items to Centre Management. Please provide us some details about where the item was found, so we can reunite it with its owner.

Our state of the art Parents Rooms are equipped with a microwave, lounges, change tables & parent/child toilets.

Parent Rooms are located at the Food Court and near Travelator in the ALDI Mall for your convenience.

Indoor playgrounds are located in the Food Court and at the Ally entrance.

Outdoor playground located near ALDI entrance is closed until further notice.

Kawana Shoppingworld has wheelchairs available to hire. To hire please call Customer Service 24 hours in advance.

Please be advised that the mobility scooters will be unavailable for hire.
